One of the best gourmet honeys, Lavender Honey is light and sweet. It does not taste like lavender, as this is not infused. This honey was produced when the lavender was blooming and has been strained, but is raw (not pasteurized).
Try it on biscuits, toast, in your tea ... a favorite snack here is a banana with a little peanut butter and this honey drizzled over the top - so yummy!

Lavender Honey
I first discovered Harbor View Lavender when I was visiting Traverse City with my boyfriend over the summer. I am already a big fan of lavender so this store caught my eye. I have tried a variety of products from here and all are excellent!! This honey is one of the best honeys I have ever tried so I had to order a full jar.
